Holiday Chapter Meeting

The Holiday gathering is an open
house, drop-in type meeting. The purpose
of this meeting is to collect all product sales proceeds and celebrate a
successful end to your sales efforts.
You are not required to stay the entire time, and you may arrive any
time between 2 and 4 PM. Ruth Edwards,
Treasurer, will be available the entire time to collect the product sales
proceeds from all the volunteers. In order for the process to go
smoothly, please make the following preparations: 1.
Have a completed copy of your
order form prepared ahead of time. 2.
Make sure that the total amount
collected matches the amount on the order form. 3.
Write your initials on the upper
left corner of the front of each check. 4.
All checks should be made payable
to “Amigos” or endorsed over to “Amigos” on the reverse side. 5.
Try to convert all cash to a
check payable to “Amigos”. 6.
Complete a deposit slip for the
total amount collected (deposit slips are provided in the volunteer handbooks). 7.
If you cannot attend the Holiday
Gathering, please make arrangements with Ruth Edwards (681-8886) to turn in
your product sales proceeds before December 13th. After you have taken care of
these matters with Ruth, you are free to enjoy the snacks and refreshments and
then leave.
